DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, and delivery will be 7-10 working days.
However, it is preferable to allow 15 working days as there will be times, when the volume of orders will prevent us from achieving that goal like the lead up to Christmas for example!
RETURNING GOODS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 10 days for a prompt exchange or refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to the following address:

• Please note. Carriage costs for returned goods are to be paid by the customer.
Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
DAMAGED GOODS
In order to comply with our carriers terms of insurance, we must be informed (by email) of any damage to goods in transit within 3 days of receipt.
